1. Download the official Voter Registration form here: http://www.sos.ca.gov/nvrc/fedform/.
2. Print out page 4.
3. Read the instructions carefully.
4. Write Libertarian in Box 7: Choice of Party.
5. If you live in Orange County, mail your completed form to:

   Registrar of Voters
   P.O. Box 11298
   Santa Ana, CA 92711-1298

   If you do not live in Orange County, please mail to your county Registrar of Voters for fastest service, or to:

   Secretary of State Elections Division
   1500 11th Street
   Sacramento, CA 95814
